Van Companion LLC (“Van Companion,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Van Companion application and website.

Information you provide

The app may store information you choose to enter, including vehicle details, checklists, expenses, travel information, contact details, emergency information, and journal entries.

Storage and iCloud

Depending on your plan and settings, app data may be stored on your device and in your private iCloud account using Apple CloudKit. When a Pilot explicitly shares a workspace, shared data may be available to the invited Co-Pilot. Private journal entries are excluded from the shared workspace.

Website information

If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message. We may use basic, privacy-conscious website analytics to understand site performance and general usage.

Your choices

You control the information you enter and whether you enable sharing. You may stop sharing, remove app data, or contact us for assistance.
